This position is located in the city of Sacramento.
Under the general direction of the Staff Service Manager II (SSM II), Assistant Chief, Human Resources Branch, the Staff Services Manager I is responsible for the supervision, guidance, and training for a team of Personnel Analysts who are responsible for the Department's classification and pay, hiring, and selections. The incumbent works in close partnership with other staff within the Human Resources Branch in areas of mutual concern and to provide quality service to the programs.
