A trusted partner is looking for a Secret, Cutover Support Intake Officer
(Integration/Cutover Specialist)
to join their growing team in a fully remote capacity. This person will be apart of a 37 person group supporting one of the firms largest Navy efforts. This core team will be working behind the scenes across financial transformations supporting the migration from the legacy system to an SAP based system. This individual is supporting, managing and escalating the cutover process by providing customer support for cutover customers. Theyll be monitoring Flank Speed, Teams, email correspondence, and calls requesting support during cutover and stabilization while understanding the technical landscape. Tickets can range from NavyERP login issues to higher level escalations within the cutover process. They'll help streamline communication between teams and end u to ensure system is functioning correctly. Understanding the cut over process is a huge benefit to this person so they understand where to escalate the ticket and how to best support.

Required Skills & Experience
Active or Interim Secret clearance
Bachelors Degree or higher
2+ years of experience providing customer/stakeholder support (escalations, reporting, communication, etc)
Experience managing system cutovers and/or data conversion initiatives
Experience with ERP or other systems such as SAP, NERP, STARS, SABRS or GFEBS
