Insight Global is looking for a Traveling Commissioning Specialist to support their customer's national federal portfolio. This person will be responsible for Audiovisual Installations for Federal Customers across the United States and internationally. This person will be responsible for leading installation crews, providing mentorship to Tier 1 and 2 techs, complex wiring configurations, equipment repair and close of job duties. A successful person in this role shows determination and willingness to learn, grow and mentor technicians.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of audiovisual equipment installation experience.

Experience uploading programs to DSP systems

Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance

Experience installing Crestron, Extron, QSC or BIAMP systems.

Strong experience grounding, terminating and running CAT5, 5e, 6 cables.

Experience performing AV commissioning duties.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

A four-year degree or military experience

Experience leading installation crews and projects.

Experience configuring IP Networks.

AVIXA CTS Certification.

OSHA-30 Certification
