Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned partner manager to join the Content organization. As a Creator Relations Manager, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with top-tier, third-party creators for our client's platform. You will support creators by driving growth, creating ROI-positive strategies, and enhancing satisfaction. Serving as a consultative product expert, you will lead build and publishing planning, strategy, and measurement. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to support strategic priorities, drive data decisioning, and provide actionable recommendations is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic metaverse partner to top-tier, third-party creators, fostering platform affinity.
• Guide creators in building higher quality content and driving success as a platform advisor.
• Measure and optimize creator engagement and performance metrics.
• Use data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of creator relations approaches.
• Oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery of the portfolio.
• Manage internal account operations on behalf of creators.
• Champion new product and program launches for creators, product, and vendors.
• Make data-informed decisions to enhance team performance and resource allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for third-party creators.
• Identify opportunities to improve creator products and the creator experience, influencing action.
• Work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
• 5 or more years of related experience working with digital creators, game developers, partner management, or digital marketing.
