Client Partner, Reality Labs Responsibilities


  • Managing the commercial relationship with Mid-Market, and Large Enterprise accounts.

  • Selling the benefits that a connected workforce can play in improving the productivity of our organization.

  • Selling our portfolio of devices, experiences and services (SAAS), as well as help our customers' hybrid teams collaborate, share information, and build community in the physical world, and in the Metaverse, for the Business-to-Business market.

  • Bringing Business-to-Business customers inside the future of work with next-generation virtual reality, and video collaboration devices.

  • Orchestrate sales through partners, resellers, GSIs and ISVs to sell best in class solutions to Business-to-Business customers.

  • Build business case on new products, and features, to improve product engagement as well as retain current customers, sustain partners on business solutions and increase product adoption and revenue.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication Engineering, Marketing, International Relations or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a managing client-related occupation. Position requires 36 months of experience in the following:

  • 1. Leveraging collaboration and productivity through the use of Virtual Reality or SaaS solutions

  • 2. Leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator

  • 3. Providing specialized enablement sessions to sales team members

  • 4. Gathering product feedback from prospects and existing customers

  • 5. Providing in-house subject matter expertise in sales products, methodologies and procedures.
