Client Services Representative - Wealth Management

Shoreview, MN

12+ months - potential to go perm

W2 Rate - $23.00/hr

Hybrid Schedule - One week onsite / one week remote; Training will be in three tiers

Requires onsite interview - in person

Requirements:
  • 2 years customer contact in financial services
  • 6 months experience within investment/brokerage/trade/wealth management/trust- STRONGLY PREFERRED
  • This is NOT a call center position - this is providing customer support primarily through case review and email responses
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication
  • Ideal candidates come from the following backgrounds: trade support, underwriting/loan handling specifically with jumbo loans, wealth management complaint/resolution positions

What your day is like
  • Primarily focused on written responses and requires candidates who excel in independent work and possess a knack for problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Written and verbal work with clients (writing responses via email and occasional use of templates)
  • Will be handling investigations into breakdowns in the process, complaints, etc with both internal and external clients
  • You will be able to manage your day independently but able to reach out when support is needed
