Client Solutions Manager, CPG Responsibilities


  • Partner with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

  • Serve as a Marketing Solutions Expert.

  • In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.

  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.

  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.).

  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.

  • Perform media and measurement strategy and implementation.

  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.

  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.

  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.

  • Project manage complex work streams.

  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. roubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.).

  • 20% domestic travel required.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Statistics, or related field. Employer will accept 3-or 4-year degree. Requires 60 months experience in the job offered or in a related client management/media role.

  • Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

  • 1. Build, manage, and influence relationships with C-level executives and front-line stakeholders across clients and agencies

  • 2. Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus in short term and long-term growth

  • 3. Work with key clients as advertising experts, presenting strategies and advertising solutions to maximize client value

  • 4. Drive product innovation among internal cross-functional partners based on emerging needs for clients and internal sales

  • 5. Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study product effectiveness and discover areas of improvement and

  • 6. Collaborate with direct team to exceed sales goals for book of business
