Summary: We are seeking a versatile Corporate Responsibility and Client Success Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability, and social responsibility while also providing a support network for our clients and brand partners day to day administrative needs. In this hybrid role, you will assist in implementing initiatives and programs that support our brand partner's efforts to ensure fair and ethical business practices throughout their licensees' supply chains while also providing outstanding support to our clients and licensees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social compliance and sustainability and will have previous experience with general office and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: Corporate Responsibility Initiatives:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate responsibility initiatives and programs, including sustainability efforts, labor compliance, and ethical sourcing.
  • Review licensees' responses to CLC's Corporate Responsibility Questionnaire and provide summaries and assessments of the information provided for CLC's client partners.
  • Conduct Fair Labor Association ("FLA") registration reviews and review adherence to FLA requirements.
  • Answer incoming questions related to supply chain disclosures, renewal conditions, and other corporate responsibility and sustainability-related matters.
  • Act as a point person for day-to-day corporate responsibility-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute special projects to help maintain and advance our position as the industry leader in Corporate Responsibility.


Customer Success and Support:
  • Address licensee inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist licensees with licensing inquiries, compliance requirements, and administrative tasks, including processing applications and reviewing contracts.
  • Create and send notices to clients regarding corporate responsibility updates, requirements, and deadlines.


Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including licensees, partners, and third-party organizations, to promote corporate responsibility objectives and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with licensing team members to communicate corporate responsibility expectations and requirements to licensees and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Data Management and Reporting:
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute quarterly reports on corporate responsibility performance metrics, compliance indicators, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to corporate responsibility initiatives and customer success activities to support decision-making and strategy development.


Training and Education:
  • Provide guidance and support to licensees on corporate responsibility requirements, compliance standards, and reporting obligations.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability, and exceptional customer success.
  • Knowledge of licensing processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance requirements. (preferred but not required)
