The Clinic RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for geriatric patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. This program is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required Skills & Experience

2+ years as a RN, ideally working with mostly geriatric patients

ASN or BSN

RN license in the state of Oregon

BLS certification (upon hire)

Personal vehicle and ability to travel in the community to see patients if needed (mileage is reimbursed)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Home health, hospice, or acute care experience
