Let's do this. Let's change the lives of one patient at a time. Bellin Health is currently seeking a Clinic RN / Team Facilitator. In this role, you will act as an internal resource for standards and measurements of compliance, as well as a resource for quality measurements and outcomes. In addition, you will act as aClinic Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

On a given day as a Clinic RN/Team Facilitator, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time:

• 80% of your time conducting supervisory duties and 20% care team (RN) duties.
• Being a motivational and empathetic people manager first, passionate clinician second and process improvement professional third
• Excitedly collaborating and engaging with your nursing team and together creating process improvement goals
• Effectively leading a large team of nursing staff who have many competing priorities and ensure an environment of safety and belonging

What do we expect of you? Well, we are all different so we will use your unique contributions to serve patients. The qualified Clinic RN/Team Facilitator we seek will encompass these qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
• Licensed in the state of practice required (RN must practice under the law and regulations governing nursing in the state of practice). Certification encouraged in job specialty. Valid Wisconsin or Michigan driver's license required for Employer Clinic RNs only.
• One to two years of RN experience preferred.
• Experience leading a staff of healthcare professionals is required.
• Passionate about teamwork and collaboration
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as an accountable self-starter and requires minimal direction and supervision.
• Solid problem solving and decision-making skills; focused on continuous improvement.
