This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends. Our office is located at 3400 Data Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be during our normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a work team while maintaining high standards.
• Managing day to day operations of team's workflow (PTO, scheduling, etc.).
• Act as onsite hospital departments liaison for medical records.
• Respond to release of information/escalations within the facilities.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Experience working with medical records.
• Ability to work full time onsite at 3400 Data Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to local facilities.
• Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RHIT or RHIA certification.
• Experience with release of information (ROI).
• 2+ years of acute facility hospital experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of experience working or managing a union environment.

California Residents Only: The salary range for this is $48,300 - $94,500 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
