Position Summary
The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo, is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join our team at UBMD Emergency Medicine at the Assistant/Associate or Professor rank. Must be interested in teaching students, residents and fellows as well as clinical care. Interest in clinical research is encouraged.

Position Summary
The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo, is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join our team at UBMD Emergency Medicine at the Assistant/Associate or Professor rank. Must be interested in teaching students, residents and fellows as well as clinical care. Interest in clinical research is encouraged.
Job Duties:
- Performs clinical shifts in the emergency department, providing patient care that includes diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of emergency and critical care patients.
- Provides hands-on teaching and mentorship to medical students, residents and fellows in emergency medicine/critical care.
- Participates in academic activities, such as journal clubs, case conferences, and research projects.
- Participates in departmental meetings and committees as required. Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the emergency medicine department.
