Position: Certified Medical Assistant

Job Description:
Responsible for checking patients in and out
Collect and update current demographic and insurance information
Perform injections
Perform phlebotomy functions as required
Rooming patients
Taking vitals and updating patient information into EPIC system
Assisting with in office procedures
Will float throughout offices within facility
Maintain electronic medical records
Perform related job duties as required to support the medical office Qualifications:
1 yr experience as a Medical Assistant
Previous EMR experience is a plus
Must be flexible with schedule may have to stay after 5pm depending on patient load
Must be Certified
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high volume environment.
A High School Diploma or GED
