The Clinical Director, BCBA will be responsible for overseeing clinical growth and clinical operations of Blue Balloon ABA in the state of NC.

Responsibilities for Clinical Director, BCBA

• Responsible for all clinical aspects in assigned territory/state(s) including supervision of all BCBAs.

• Review and provide feedback on BCBA kiddo pairing

• Ensure that BCBAs are providing "supervision" and "parent training" in line with both clinical and payor requirements. Provide feedback to BCBAs to ensure they are in compliance.

• Provide clinical onboarding for all BCBAs including Central Reach training and company policies

• Facilitate regularly scheduled group supervision to clinical team as well as conduct training and professional development opportunities.

• Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity of clinical team to ensure optimal implementation of treatment protocols.

• Provide feedback to BCBAs regarding authorization utilization to ensure those meet clinical and payor expectations.

• Create curriculum and other resources for new training and treatment programs.

• Develop strategies for maximizing growth within assigned territory/states including but not limited to census and utilization.

• Conduct clinical competencies for all BCBAs

• Ensure that payor guidelines as outlined by QA are understood by all BCBAs in region

• Perform outreach to develop and maintain relationships with pediatrician's offices, families, clinics, diagnosticians, and other potential referral sources in order to increase referrals.

• Participate in team meetings as requested by parents.

• Provide Central Reach training and support as needed

• Conduct initial assessments as needed

• Conduct CR audits of learning trees, as needed

• Review progress reports and provide clinical feedback.

• Complete internal payroll/billing audits as needed

• Complete annual reviews for all NC employees

• Speak to families about any clinical concerns or questions

• Small clinical caseload

Requirements
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • LBA in NC
  • Previous supervisory experience (lead experience meets this requirement)
  • Experience utilizing ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational, time management, analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including phone and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing workflows while maintaining a positive attitude.
