Johns Hopkins Care at Home 's Home Health Care Team is expanding and currently has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Clinical Manager! This role is ideal for a seasoned Home Health Care Nurse looking to advance their professional skills in a leadership capacity. As we grow our service line, we are seeking a dedicated, quality-driven nurse to join our dynamic team. Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for ongoing management of Home Health Agency services with primary responsibility for interdisciplinary care of Agency clients. Provides supervision, instruction, guidance, support, and evaluation for a group of clinical nurses, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapist, speech/language pathologist, therapy assistants, case managers, home health aides and other clinical support staff in accordance with Agency, State, and Federal standards.

Requirements:

AA in Nursing required. BSN preferred.

Current licensure as RN in Maryland

Valid Maryland driver's license and current auto insurance; working vehicle

Five (5) years medical-surgical nursing background

Two (2) years experience in Medicare Certified Home Health Agency

Previous supervisory experience required
