Summary

• The Sr. Clinical Manager supervises, administers and manages the Services of the Employee Health and Wellness Center under supervision of the Medical Director(s)

• Contributes to and participates in the Performance/Quality Improvement activities of assigned department(s) and adherence to Policies and Procedures.

• Provides leadership and facilitates program's multidisciplinary approach to patient care/services and provider access for clients.

• Engages in continuing education training and direction for all clinical staff in the development and promotion of a collaborative health care model that focuses on comprehensive, integrated multidisciplinary care for patients.

• Maintains responsibility for day-to-day clinical activities to promote excellence; responsible for direct supervision of staff.

• Contributes to and participates in the Performance/Quality Improvement activities of service line/s and adheres to Policies and Procedures of Grady Healthcare System.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree with specialty in health care or public administration or nursing or related field

• Minimum of three years management experience in an ambulatory setting required

• Experience in staff supervision and management and demonstrated experience in making management level decisions required

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to establish proactive working relationships with staff and peers

• Physician's Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate should have evidence of successful team and talent development

• Evidence of experience designing fully optimized operational processes

• Experience developing guidelines, SOPs and training material for patients, staff and all stakeholders

• Experience operating large complex multidisciplinary academic clinical programs

• Excellent track record of project management, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Must have solid experience in data and analytics - Advanced Excel user experience preferred

• Ability to see the big picture and operationalize the vision

• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and change management skills
