Experienced professional who provides direct clinical supervision to professional and technical employees. Spends the majority of time (50% or more) achieving clinical organizational objectives through the coordinated clinical achievements of subordinate staff. Participates in establishing clinical departmental goals and objectives. Manages the accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and often physical resources to facilitate coordinated and quality patient care in compliance with departmental and organizational goals and objectives.

Salary range: $116,500 - $282,300 Annually
