This is a Part-time position (40 hours per pay period), including weekends with varied (days and evenings) 8-hour shifts located in Sorrento Valley. Telepharmacy is open 6am until 10pm 7 days a week, no nights. Includes $2,000 retention incentive and $1,500 relocation assistance to eligible new hires.

This clinical pharmacist will be joining our team of pharmacists in the centralized inpatient order processing department located in Sorrento Valley. This department serves all five hospital campuses by reviewing and verifying all inpatient orders. The team prides itself in efficiency - utilizing Epic and working together to reduce turnaround times systemwide. Our nurses and physicians rely on this team to ensure all orders are accurate and appropriate for each and every patient.

The clinical pharmacist will be working in an office setting but should have an understanding of the inpatient setting to be able to succeed. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys the evaluation of patient profiles with an investigative mind to identify problems. Telepharmacy position is 100% order verification.

• Must already have Epic Research certifications

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

• AHA BLS for the health care provider

• PGY1 residency
• 3 years' experience in relevant practice area.
