A Children's Hospital in Fort Worth is looking for a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist Supervisor! Our Emergency Department is a 78 bed, level II trauma center with over 130,000 visits per year. We provide comprehensive, 24/7 pharmacy services through a team of clinical pharmacists, clinical technicians, and student pharmacists.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise a staff of 8-10 pharmacy technicians

Required Skills & Experience

* Graduate from an accredited ACPEschool of pharmacy

* PGY1 residency accredited by the American Society for Health-System Pharmacy or 2 years' commensurate pharmacist experience in a health-system.

* Current license or license eligible to practice as a registered pharmacist in Texas

* Texas pharmacy preceptor licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment

* Active BLS and PALS certifications
