Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Program Coordinator for Hemodynamic and Pulmonary Care supports the strategy and implementation of inpatient and outpatient care that impact quality and financial performance outcomes for the health system.
  • This position coordinates the operations associated with the service line, quality/regulatory and patient experience both in the hospital and pulmonary clinic.
  • Key functions of the position include but are not limited to strategic planning, policy development, program planning and implementation, program monitoring and evaluation, and quality and performance improvement to achieve organizational and service line goals.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Respiratory, Nursing, Healthcare/Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Respiratory or Pulmonary or Critical Care related work experience
  • Respiratory Therapist with Kansas License (RRT/RCP) or Registered Nurse with Kansas Compact Licensure (RN)
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, health or public administration, management, or related field
  • National certification as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS-C)
  • Adult Critical Care Specialty (RRT-ACCS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
