Clinical Research Manager Allergy Research **PhD candidates are encouraged to apply

Expected Starting Salary Range: 42.17 - 53.64

Summary: This position requires experience in clinical research as well as strong management skills to oversee the day-to-day activities of clinical research coordinators from clinical study approval to closure.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage direct reports (clinical research staff)
• Oversee day-to-day research activities for clinical studies to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
• Train staff on study procedures and good clinical practice; act as project manager for multi-site studies
• Oversee regulatory submissions (new protocol submissions, renewals, and revisions) to the IRB ensuring regulatory compliance
• Ooversee patient recruitment and create recruitment and retention plans
• Monitor study progress and ensure data quality
• Interface with business manager to create and meet study budgets
• Hire and conduct performance reviews for research staff

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of clinical research experience
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice standards
• Strong personnel management skills
