Clinical Resource Associate Per Diem

To support and assist unit Clinical Staff during the evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities during these hours will be varied as the needs of the staff/patient population are varied. Some examples of functions/duties may include obtaining needed supplies for patient care, escorting patients, transporting medication from pharmacy, assisting with S/R needs, or assisting with calls for sick call coverage. This resource is not meant to be a nursing office-based position, rather the CRA would move from unit to unit to provide assistance where needs exist. Information regarding unit needs would come from ANS shift reports and charge nurses.

Qualifications

BS Degree preferred, but will consider experience working at McLean in lieu of education
