Clinical Site Supervisor

Visiting Docs is an Article 28 Clinic with a family medicine practice in Rockland County, NY. Additionally, we provide primary care services to the residents of several assisted living facilities within New York State. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, detail oriented candidate to join our growing practice.

Our main location is in Spring Valley, however travel throughout the areas we service will be required. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the medical assistants in each of the facilities that we service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations and managing staff in multiple locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Staff scheduling.
• Supervising assigned staff.
• Working with facility administration and care managers to ensure patients' needs are being met as it relates to our practice.
• Site visits, as necessary.
• Onboarding and training new staff.
• Covering for medical assistant when other coverage cannot be secured.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing staff at multiple locations.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically as a medical assistant or similar role.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Experience with value based care programs.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
