Responsibilities
Coordinate clinical staffing, maintain work schedules and track associate attendance.
Education:
Position is primarily performing inpatient registrations, working in our Patient Placement HUB, with some additional staffing/scheduling tasks.
Healthcare experience, Registration and Scheduling/Payroll experience preferred. Strong computer skills necessary. Mpac/Cerner/Kronos experience preferred.
Variable/Rotating schedule. Three 12 hour shifts per week. Every third weekend/holiday requirement.
Two open schedule options:
1. 7p-7a and 9a-9p shifts: Two 9a-9p shifts and one 7p-7a shift each week (7p-7a on weekend/holidays and one shift every third week)
2. 7a-7p and 9a-9p shifts: Two 9a-9p shifts and one 7a-7p shift each week (7a-7p on weekend/holidays and one shift every third week)

- Develop clinical work schedules, anticipating staffing needs, to ensure sufficient staffing for each
hift within budgetary guidelines. - Coordinate flex scheduling to reduce over staffing, staff shortages and/or overtime.
- Compile data for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.
- Monitor attendance records and report issues to department leader. Maintain time maintenance system for clinical departments.
- Confirm completion of clinical competency checklists prior to creating post orientation schedules for new hires.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
