Clinical Study Coordinator - Part Time

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Clinical Research Coordinator in the UCLA Division of Digestive Diseases. We seek a highly motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team.

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the operational management of clinical research and study activities, overseeing projects from design and setup to conduct and closeout. This position will primarily focus on funded projects related to esophageal cancer, offering an incredible opportunity to learn from patients and contribute to improving overall care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement research activities for one or more studies, ensuring adherence to study protocols and applicable regulations, including institutional policies, FDA Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Manage project tasks effectively, prioritizing work to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI), ancillary departments, central research infrastructure teams, sponsors, and other entities to support all aspects of the studies, including compliant conduct, financial management, and personnel support.

Salary: $33.63 - $54.11 hourly
