Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support a large healthcare clients behavioral health network in Norwich, CT. This individual will be supervising the clinical staff in an inpatient setting and also providing patient care. They will be scheduling and monitoring work to improve quality of the department, specifically tied to DMHAS and DCF.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of clinical practice experience

1+ years of supervisory experience

licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD (only need one of these)

Masters Degree in behavioral health

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Billingual

social work degree
