Summary
Lee Physician Group is seeking an RN to join their Adult Endocrinology team in Cape Coral. The ideal RN will have outpatient experience preferably in endocrinology. The main duties of this RN will be:

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. - Collaborates with operational leaders to manage clinical patient complaints/safety concerns
- Clinical supply oversight and ordering (including oxygen and medications)
- Clinical workflow oversight: auditing patient encounters (managed appropriately)
- Provides clinical patient care, transitional care management, care gaps etc.
- Collaborates with operational leaders to provide performance feedback for clinical staff
