• Handle escrow funds and disbursements with precision.
• Resolve any title issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a title closer or processor.
• Proficiency in title insurance software and related tools.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and title documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
