Insight Global is looking for a permanent, remote systems engineer to work for one of our financial companies' head quartered in the upstate of South Carolina. This candidate will be working on a team of 6 made up of network and system engineers under the newly promoted Infrastructure Manager. This team is primarily responsible for "keeping the lights on" for the group which can include, but not limited to, regular deployments that they do every few weeks, maintenance of AVD, working with the service desk if there is a reoccurring problem in tickets, managing systems upgrades and some project work.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in an infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, systems admin, desktop engineer or cloud engineering role

Experience configuring in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) (Exposure to VM ware would also be great)

Experience with PowerShell (remediating vulnerabilities, installs and uninstalls, etc)

Device suite management with Microsoft Intune (SSCM is a legacy product)

Familiarity managing devices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the finance industry - exposure to SOX Controls
