Cloud Platform Architect

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our DevOps, Application and Cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps. This hire will play a crucial role in enhancing deployment strategies, optimizing development workflow, and ensuring high availability and performance of applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and other IT teams to create an automated, efficient, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years total IT experience
3 - 5 years of experience in DevOps and cloud architecture with a proven track record of deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
Expertise in Cloud Services - Ideally Azure but okay with AWS or GCP
Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Hands on experience with CICD pipeline tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab)
Proficient with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Proficient in developing and documenting architecture designs and processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
Certifications in Azure, Terraform, or relevant DevOps technologies
