The NS2 Cloud Program Manager will provide mid-level leadership on selected projects in our emerging Cloud portfolio of products. This team member will be part of the Cloud PMO team at NS2. The Program Manager will support the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and reporting of technical projects. This role will work with SAP teams, technical staff, Functional managers, and Senior Leadership to gain understanding of project requirements, track, and report project progress, as well as track and manage issue mitigation.
General Responsibilities:
Manages medium to large scope projects independently and partners with or works under the guidance of Senior Program Managers on large complex programs. Detailed responsibilities include:
- Oversee and contributes to project planning activities.
- Manage the execution of projects tasks and milestones according to plan.
- Build skill set to evaluate project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage the financial aspects of the project.
- Analyze risk, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events, and establish responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Project Management and recent Program Management experience
- 7+ years of experience working at a Technology company or large Cloud focused software company
- Experience delivering on Cloud based software, with any of the hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- 5+ years working with external customers and managing those delivery-based relationships
- Experience presenting in internal and external meetings using data and metrics on a regular basis
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Sharepoint
