Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Solution Architect - Exchange/0365 you will be a key technical resource for the customer, primarily focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing tailored guidance. Troubleshooting skills are essential as this role will include working with Microsoft Premier Support to expedite incident resolution. The role can include a mixture of short and long-term customer engagements.

Serving as a vital customer-facing technical resource, you will be responsible for providing a mixture of tailored proactive services and reactive assistance that span the planning, migration, and operations of Office 365; ultimately driving successful customer adoption and satisfaction.

Seeking opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by collaborating with multiple team members. Identify opportunities to articulate business value and grow customer/partner relationships in alignment with Customer Success business priorities and stakeholder management principles.

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect who specializes in Office 365 (Exchange) or Microsoft Exchange On-Premises implementations who will partner with customer business decision makers and IT teams to understand their business requirements and address these using Microsoft technologies.

The role can include a mixture of short and long-term customer engagements. This position may require travel to customer sites up to 50%- 75% of the time. There will be occasion overnight travel

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience with Exchange Server 2007, Exchange Server 2010, Exchange Server 2013, Exchange Server 2016 or Exchange Online in a support or consulting role.
Other Requirements

The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.

Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.

Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
