Our client, and industry leader in automated parking systems, is looking for Cloud Support Engineer to support their application team and work alongside the SRE. This role is a highly technical position rooted in driving automation, quality, and delivering cloud services. This position will work closely with agile teams and the architecture team within the company to ensure operational success. This individual will Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Customer Support, and Operations. They should have a strong understanding of micro-services architecture and deployments into AWS. You'll be monitoring deployments using Datadog and helping create SLA's alongside the SRE to help create a more efficient deployment process. Our client released a cloud based product 2 years ago and as a result of this product the company is experiencing a large amount of growth. Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP or similar cloud platforms. Preferred experience with AWS.
Experience using IaC tools such as Terraform
Bachelors degree is software engineering or a related degree
Experience with containerization tools such as Kubernetes
1+ years hands-on experience with application performance monitoring and diagnostic tools.
