Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Endpoint Engineer. Some responsibilities will include :
Build, modify, or improve existing automations and multi-system integrations.
Manage and administer cloud-based programs such as Azure, O365 and Active Directory.
Improve, maintain, and administer VDI environments (AVD).
Implement and maintain workstation security configurations and configuration standards.
Evaluate, deploy, and remediate vendor security patches.
Evaluate, deploy, and remediate new applications and upgrades to existing software.
Build and maintain configurations within Microsofts Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM.)
Provide third-tier support for end user issues.
Collaborate with support teams across lines of business to address production and system issues.
Create and maintain accurate documentation of department activities and processes.
Oversee endpoint management in multiple environments, including but not limited to on-premises and Azure. deploys, administering extensive Azure solutions, managing virtual device infrastructure and other activities designed to ensure environment security through proper configuration of products and service and vulnerability and threat management.
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Banks compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering preferred
Enterprise Working Experience- Understand and Support of VDI Infrastructure current AVD Azure Virtual Desktop
Enterprise Level deployment level broader experience than 40-50 1800 is employment base
Virtual Desktop someone that has experience patching and updates to virtual infrastructure at scale
Terraform PLUS higher priorities
2+ yrs Technical Skills:
o Advanced knowledge of ADV, M365 administration, Azure administration, and Active Directory administration
o Intermediate knowledge working with Windows Operating Systems support, Microsoft Office Suite support, Active Directory best practices, and Active Directory Group Policy
o Experience with deployment of software through an enterprise management tool including the repackaging of software installers and drivers
o Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
