Hamilton Post-Acute Care is currently seeking caring and hard-working Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dedicated team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Requirements/Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of New Jersey.
• Current/active CPR certification is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
