After 60 days of employment, full medical insurance is paid for!

After you graduate your pay can increase upto 14.25/hr

Paid clinical hours will be worked at the facility

WHAT YOU WILL DO>>>>>>

  • Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
  • Assists with the daily physical and hygienic care needs of residents as directed. These duties include but are not limited to the following:
  1. Assists residents with dressing ensure that dependent residents are dressed in clean, dry clothing appropriate for season, in good repair, changing clothes/gowns when wet or soiled.
  2. Gives or assists resident with bathing and daily dental/mouth care
  3. Keeps incontinent residents clean, dry, and odor free; maintain per facility policy.
  4. Assists residents with bowel and bladder functions.
  5. Shaves male patients daily and female residents as needed.
  6. Assist with feeding residents Assists residents with hair combing, bruising, shampooing, and styling.
  7. Make beds and change bed linens when soiled.


  1. Prepares residents for meals, assists, serves food trays, as necessary and records/or reports residents intake or acceptance of food, serves snacks or nourishments in between meals.
  2. Answering call lights, passing ice and/or hydration carts, cleaning tables after meals
  3. Help with activities when needed such as music therapy etc. 1 on 1 documentation
  4. Pass clothing and incontinent supplies to areas and resident rooms
  5. Wash wheelchairs and ice chest, label toiletries and oxygen supplies, bedpans, urinals measuring devices. Etc.
  6. Empty trash, and 1 on 1 sitter documentation for nursing and/or activities.
  7. Assists and accompanies residents with travel to appointments when necessary.


  • Advises supervising charge nurse of residents' status and condition at beginning and end of shift and documents observations as required.
  1. Maintains records and flow sheets accurately and timely.
  2. Measures and records vitals and weights as instructed.
  3. Observes and reports the presence of skin breakdown or redness to the nurse.
  4. Observes and reports any physical or emotional changes observed in the residents including any complaints or grievances made by the resident.
