Backfill for PE LTC/TCU CNA - Seattle WA- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr NOCs- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend- Certs REQ: BCLS- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes- s Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate- Pending License Accepted: No; Lic REQ- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off one shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
