Schedules available:

-First shift 7am-3pm, Second shift, 3pm-11pm, Third shift , 11pm - 7am

-Per-diem shifts are at least 4 shifts a month, at least 2 shifts need to be on a weekend.

Duties include:

• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure our residents have an exceptional stay
• Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging
• Transferring using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Valid MA CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
