USPI Harvard Park Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. Harvard Park Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty Surgery Center committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

The CNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

Required Skills:

Certified Nurse Assistant or clinical training preferred.

One year experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified is preferred.

Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories. Patient Interviewing skills. Ability to perform standard clinical procedures according to established protocols. Knowledge of patient evaluation procedures. Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards. Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient. Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation.
