Your Role:

As a Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide at Paramount Senior Living, you will:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, following nursing assistant duties under the guidance of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and oral care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
• Aid in meal preparation and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, completing all necessary notes.
• Administer and document oral, topical, and suppository medications.

Med Tech Training Qualifications:

At Paramount Senior Living, we provide a pathway to grow within the organization. After successfully completing the initial 90-day period and meeting specific criteria, you will have the opportunity to be considered for the Medication Technician (Med Tech) role.

During this probationary period, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in both nursing assistant and medication administration responsibilities. Upon meeting the established criteria, including but not limited to competency assessments and adherence to company policies, you will be eligible for consideration for the Med Tech position.

Qualifications:

• Active C.N.A. license preferred, but not required.
• Positive demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Demonstrated compassion for elderly care.
