CNC Field Service Technician

Role:

As a Senior CNC Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of CNC equipment at manufacturing customer locations.

You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technical machine issues, encompassing electrical (high & low voltage), pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and machine control systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, working on CNC equipment and CNC equipment options and accessories.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote work schedule effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations daily.
