Job Store Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for our client company! The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in CNC programming, particularly with Fusion 360 or Mastercam software for HAAS V4 and V2 machines.

Duration: Long Term, Contract to Hire

Pay Range: $25-35/hour

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently and safely.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate programming and machining.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures to produce high-quality parts consistently
• Utilize Fusion 360 or Mastercam software to program parts and tooling for HAAS V4 and V2 machines.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to various chemicals may require safety precautions.
• Utilization of a range of machines, including CNC equipment, saws, lathes, drills, and grinders.
• Occasional use of personal computers for data entry.
• Physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing are integral to the role.
• Working conditions may be noisy and dirty at times.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of CNC programming experience required.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Mastercam software.
• Experience programming HAAS V4 and V2 machines is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
