Conditions of Employment

4. I have a current teaching license in the state of Kansas or I'm willing to complete coaching and safety courses required to be a coach under the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) guidelines.
5. If offered a position with USD #361, as a condition of employment I shall submit to a physical examination conducted by a physician of the board's choosing, the costs therefore to be borne by the board. This examination my include a screening for illegal drugs.
6. If offered a position with USD #361, I agree to model and demonstrate the following behaviors to the best of my abilities. -Demonstrate respect by believing all kids can learn, understanding we are in the service profession, and valuing the dignity of others at all times. -Show compassion for others through listening and working to build relationships. -Be actively engaged by working hard and being an advocate for the the students of USD 361.
