Cocktail / Beverage Server - Driskill Bar | Full-time

The Driskill Hotel opened its doors in 1886 as one of the most luxurious Texas hotels in its day. Part of the 1929 addition to the hotel, the Driskill Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy signature cocktails, fine wines and live music. We are in search of a dynamic and personable Cocktail Server to join our team!

The Cocktail Server is responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage selections. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. The Driskill Bar Cocktail Server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Afternoon/Evening, Weekend and Holiday availability is required for this role.
