Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Prepares, serves, and sells high quality coffee and refreshments in a customer-focused venue
  • Responsible for preparation of gourmet food items and artful display / merchandising to promote refreshment sales
  • Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certification as a Food Service Manager by the Northern Kentucky Health Department within six (6) months of employment / promotion
  • Proven track record in customer service
