Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking a Coffee-Gift Shop Barista to join our team!

The Barista will manage the day-to-day operations of the Crosswalk Café while following proper sanitation and safety requirements and demonstrating appropriate customer service.

HOURS: Part Time or 0.6 FTE, 48 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift, 6:30A-1:30P M-F.

Experience/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service.
• Experience with running a cash register.
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture; values and mission of Aspirus Medford
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
• Communicates information to Director so that the team can respond as necessary to create a positive work environment
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing changes in employee morale and performance and communicating them to the Nutrition Services Director
• Utilizes a customer comes first attitude. Discovers and responds to customer needs
