The AWS AMER Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Colo Lease Manager. In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management Team and will be responsible for managing the Colo Lease Administration Team reporting directly to the Head of AMER Strategic Portfolio Management.

The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently and will possess a high level of competence in performing a full range of portfolio responsibilities in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities

• \tOversee Colo portfolio operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of all contract obligations, including payment, contract, and performance management, as well as team leadership.

• \tTrack and report key contract and lease metrics, obligations, and critical dates.

• \tSupport business development and leadership teams by providing portfolio data trends and insights.

• \tContribute portfolio insight to inform strategic negotiations, particularly for renewals (e.g., packaged renewals).

• \tIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities and optimize the existing portfolio.

• \tDrive the creation, implementation, and improvement of processes.

• \tManage lease and contract databases (Tango, Salesforce) and collaborate with business units to enhance technical functionality.

• \tMaintain strong global partnerships with key stakeholders.

• \tManage third-party vendors.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• \t5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: server leasing, data center operations, Colo, real estate, finance, financial planning, procurement, portfolio/asset management, or accounting.

• \tProven ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams.

• \tExperience with commercial real estate software platforms.

• \tAbility to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, complex environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• \tExperience establishing processes, workflows, standard procedures, and leading change management.

• \t7+ years of experience in Colo or real estate portfolio management or operations.

• \tExperience managing large, global industrial Colo or real estate portfolios.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $122,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
