Commercial Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Generate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and process policy endorsements
• Manage 5-year Loss runs and monitor policy renewals
• Abate claims, print policies and compile binders for producers
• Handle daily customer requests for certificates and policy changes
• Run Epic reports and assist in audits

Commercial Account Manager Requirements:

• Requires an active Property & Casualty license
• Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate client interactions
• Familiarity with EPIC, CSR24 and Indio workflows
• Organizational skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred
