Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. This role is a dynamic position focused on servicing Commercial Lines accounts to handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, billing, collections, claims, and client correspondence. The ideal candidate will strong multi-tasking skills, time management skills, and excellent communication skills. This role is based out of Matthews, NC, and offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office per week, providing flexibility and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Commercial Insurance Account Manager Requirements:

• Licensed by the NC Insurance Casualty and Liability Producer s License
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and regulations
• Outgoing, excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Applied EPIC preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to go in the Matthews, NC office at least 3x a week

Commercial Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Service Commercial Lines accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, billing, collections, claims, and client correspondence
• Maintain client and underwriter rapport and relationships
• Cross-produce and develop existing accounts
• Maintain complete working knowledge of computer functions relative to
• Commercial Insurance Policy Lines handling and workflow procedures
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues
• Process new business, renewals, enhancements, audits, and cancellations
• Collect overdue accounts and process invoices
• Provide quotations and order policy changes
• Order certificates of insurance and maintain renewal reports
• Provide Schedules of Insurance as required
