Miller Brothers Staffing Solutions Direct Hire team is actively seeking Commercial Roofing Technicians for local growing company.

Pay- $20 - $40 based off experience

Must be able to travel

**Job Description:**

As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, working on various roofing projects that require a high level of skill and attention to detail. Your main responsibilities will include the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, repair, and maintain PVC, TPO, and EPDM roofing systems with precision and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Apply roof coatings to enhance waterproofing and extend the lifespan of roofing systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to assess the condition of commercial roofs and identify any potential issues.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to management and clients regarding roof conditions and work performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on job sites.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Travel to various job sites as required, with a per diem allowance for out-of-town assignments.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge of industry best practices, new materials, and techniques.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in commercial roofing or a related construction field.
- Proficiency in working with PVC, TPO, and EPDM roofing systems.
- Experience with roof coating applications and knowledge of waterproofing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
